D70E Labware Washer

Water Proportioning: Under precise flow control, different ratios of tap water and purified water are used during the rinsing process.

Control System: A Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted to ensure reliable operation in high-temperature and high-humidity working environments.

High-Pressure Fan: The drying system uses a high-pressure fan with a large air volume and high air pressure, providing efficient and thorough drying.

Chamber Welding Process: The welding quality of the inner chamber is very important because the laboratory glassware washer operates through long-term high- and low-temperature cycles in an environment involving alternating exposure to acids and alkalis, as well as repeated expansion and contraction. The inner chamber adopts a rolling welding process, eliminating uneven surfaces and high-temperature oxidation caused by welding wire. The steel plates are directly fused together through die stamping and rolling welding, resulting in wide, strong, and oxidation-free welds.

Dual-Outlet Circulation Pump: The cleaning circulation system adopts a variable-frequency dual-outlet circulation pump, which supplies water separately to the upper and lower spray arms, ensuring an appropriate water flow rate and balanced water-pressure distribution.

Multiple Water Inlets: The inflow of tap water, hot water, cooling water, and purified water is measured separately. An anti-backflow system is also designed to prevent cross-contamination.

Integrated Chamber Door: The integrated chamber door ensures stable operation and maintains the original structural form during use.
